Bi-Weekly Meditation
Our bi-weekly community circle fosters love, healing, growth, and connection between community located in Central PA.
Our next class is on April 15th.
We practice meditation, body movement, and breathing practices during our time while sipping on a cup of DelightFull hot tea.
