My name is Leslie, and I Am DelightFull.
I am a multidisciplinary educator, storyteller, and creator with over a decade of experience creating safe spaces for community to reflect, learn, and collectively grow. Whether organizing workshops, speaking to youth, or supporting emerging founders and organizers, my work is rooted in one vision: a people empowered.

My journey began in community-based, grassroots organizing. Over the years, my passion remained steady but the work expanded to also include festival and conference organization and event planning, and creative entrepreneurial consulting and coaching. DelightFull Company was founded to continue encouraging intersectional spaces where the arts, wellness, and activism meet.

As my journey continued, re-connecting with and remembering my ancestral lineage reshaped the way I understand work/life passion and purpose. Now, ancestral homage, reverence, and healing are ingrained in all of the work that I do.

The work continues to evolve into workshops that challenge and empower, talks that inspire innovation and creating, consulting that nurtures and listens, and storytelling that reminds us of a truth deep inside.

I try my best everyday to not conform, remember the truth, and change the state of the world today for a better future. And I implore you to, as well. I invite you into that journey

Paying it Forward
As a creative entrepreneur in the for-profit and non-profit fields, I know what it's like to go from concept to execution. By supporting entrepreneurs and social change makers who are working on establishing their business or project, I fulfill an innate passion to empower individuals and encourage positive, progressive, and sustainable world change.
Journey to Freedom
I am a writer|storyteller, specializing in short stories and poetry. Last year, I self-published my first book, titled 'Journey to Freedom.' The journey of publishing one's writings is a grueling one, one that request a lot of time with the Self. This process for me was self-defining, enlightening, and healing all at the same time.

After the release of my book, I understood the challenges that stood in front of the words of amateur writers, poets, and creatives. My consulting and coaching work expanded to encourage writers to release their words and self-publish. Learn more here.
